Terms & Conditions — Beautiful You

Welcome to Beautiful You (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website www.beautifulmyself.com.au, making a booking, or purchasing any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.
Please read these terms carefully before using our website or booking a service.
1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms govern all appointments, memberships, and purchases made through our website.
1.2 By proceeding with a booking or purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
1.3 We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on our website.
2. Services & Bookings
2.1 All appointments must be made through our official booking system or directly with authorised staff.
2.2 Bookings made under promotional packages (including the Founding Deluxe Offer / Lucky 5000) are subject to manual approval.
2.3 Clients attempting to book without a verified Founding Offer purchase will have their booking declined and may be permanently blacklisted from future promotions.
2.4 You agree to provide accurate and complete contact information when booking.
3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Late Arrivals
3.1 We understand that plans can change; however, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or reschedule.
3.2 A no-show or cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment will count as a used session (for package holders).
3.3 Repeated no-shows (three or more) will result in permanent blacklisting from future bookings and forfeiture of any unused sessions.
3.4 Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may have their appointment shortened or cancelled at our discretion.
4. Founding Offer / Packages
4.1 The Founding Deluxe Offer is exclusively available to the first 5,000 verified customers.
4.2 Packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date unless otherwise stated.
4.3 Packages and sessions are non-refundable once purchased.
4.4 Packages are transferable to family or friends upon written notice, provided the transferee agrees to these Terms.
4.5 Misuse of package privileges, reselling, or fraudulent booking will result in immediate termination and blacklisting.
5. Payments
5.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
5.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase.
5.3 We accept secure online payments via PayPal, or Stripe.
5.4 Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication will result in immediate suspension of all active services and may be pursued for recovery of costs.
6. Refunds & Exchanges
6.1 Refunds are not available for change of mind or unused sessions.
6.2 If a service cannot be performed due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., salon closure, staff illness), we will offer to reschedule or provide service credit.
6.3 In the event of a verified service defect or legal entitlement under the Australian Consumer Law, we will comply with all statutory obligations.
7. Health & Safety
7.1 Clients must inform staff of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before treatment.
7.2 We reserve the right to refuse or modify a service if it poses a risk to your health or our staff’s safety.
7.3 Beautiful You follows strict hygiene and sanitation standards consistent with Victorian health regulations.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1 All website content, images, and branding belong to Beautiful You and may not be reproduced without permission.
8.2 Any feedback, testimonials, or social media tags you voluntarily share may be reposted for marketing purposes (with discretion and respect to your privacy).
9. Liability
9.1 While every effort is made to ensure your comfort and satisfaction, Beautiful You will not be held liable for:

Reactions or injuries caused by undisclosed medical conditions or product sensitivities;

Loss of personal belongings; or

Indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

9.2 Our liability under these Terms is limited to the cost of the service purchased.
10. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and use your personal information.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria.
