Refund & Booking Policy — Beautiful You

At Beautiful You, we take pride in providing exceptional nail and beauty experiences. To ensure fairness and smooth service for every client, please review the following Refund & Booking Policy which applies to all services, packages, and promotions purchased through our salon or website (www.beautifulmyself.com.au).

 

 

 

 

1. General Policy

 

 

1.1 All purchases are final once payment is received.

1.2 We do not offer refunds for change of mind, unused sessions, or missed appointments.

1.3 Refunds or credits will only be issued where required under the Australian Consumer Law (e.g., if a service is not provided with due care and skill or is otherwise defective).

 

 

 

 

2. Founding Offer / Lucky 5000 Packages

 

 

2.1 The Founding Deluxe Offer is available exclusively to the first 5,000 verified customers.

2.2 Packages are valid for 12 months from the date of first successful appointment and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

2.3 Sessions may be transferred to family or friends upon written request and approval from Beautiful You.

2.4 Bookings made without a verified Founding Offer purchase will not be approved; fraudulent bookings may result in permanent blacklisting.

 

 

 

 

3. Cancellations & No-Shows

 

 

3.1 A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

3.2 Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will be counted as one used session from the client’s package.

3.3 Clients who fail to attend three (3) confirmed bookings will be blacklisted from future offers and promotions.

3.4 Repeated no-shows or misuse of the system may result in termination of the package without refund.

 

 

 

 

4. Service Credits & Rescheduling

 

 

4.1 If Beautiful You must cancel or reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., staff illness, salon maintenance), we will offer you a reschedule or store credit.

4.2 Credits must be used within the original package validity period.

 

 

 

 

5. Product Returns (If Applicable)

 

 

5.1 We do not accept returns for opened or used cosmetic products due to hygiene regulations.

5.2 Defective or damaged products may be returned within 14 days for replacement or store credit, subject to inspection.

 

 

 

 

6. Booking Approval & Verification

 

 

6.1 All bookings under the Founding Offer require manual approval by our team to verify eligibility.

6.2 Unverified bookings will be automatically declined and no refund will apply.

6.3 Attempting to book without a purchased Founding Offer package may result in permanent blacklisting.

 

 

 

 

7. Health & Safety

 

 

7.1 Clients must advise staff of any allergies or medical conditions prior to treatment.

7.2 Beautiful You reserves the right to refuse service if it may endanger client or staff safety.

7.3 No refunds will apply where a service cannot be performed due to undisclosed conditions.
