Cancellation Policy

No-Show Policy: We value your time and ours. • A no-show or same-day cancellation will count as one used session. • Clients who fail to attend three (3) confirmed bookings will be blacklisted from all future offers and services under this promotion. Transfer & Validity: Your Limited Offer sessions are valid for 12 months from the first successful appointment and can be transferred and shared with family or friends. Sessions are non-refundable but can be rebooked within the validity period (subject to availability).
